RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We process most orders as we receive them and usually ship them the same day. Our shipping and handling fee for saunas are $125, most other smaller items are a flat rate of $25 to addresses inside the continental U.S. Some of our very small or very large items have special shipping fees that are noted where applicable. Shipments to addresses outside the continental U.S. are charged actual shipping fees. In this case, we will contact you with shipping rates and options when your order is processed. We ship orders until 5:00 pm EST M-F, except U.S. holidays. Read our shipping policy in detail below. If you have any questions please contact us.

NOTE: If by chance our shipping department shows your address to be invalid for any reason, we will attempt to contact you to confirm your correct shipping address. We will attempt to contact you three (3) times before we ship your order to confirm your shipping address. This is to prevent an undeliverable shipment. In the event that we do not receive a response from you to confirm your shipping address after three attempts, we will ship your order to the address you provided. If the address turns out to be invalid, you may be responsible for any additional shipping costs that result from an undeliverable shipment.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL U.S.:

You may request any method and speed of shipping you require (additional charges may apply). If you do not request a specific method, we ship packages at our discretion via the United States Postal Service (USPS) 1st Class and Priority,or FedEx. Orders are shipped without delivery signature requirements unless otherwise requested (additional fees apply). When a delivery confirmation/tracking number is provided, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the carrier claims delivery. If you do not receive a package, in which delivery is confirmed by the carrier, we will help you to contact the carrier to try and resolve the issue but we are not liable for a lost package. For additional protection against loss or damage, we recommend you purchase a signature service and/or insurance at the time your order is placed (for an additional fee). Please specify any special shipping instructions (Specific Carrier, Overnight Delivery , 2Day Delivery, Signature Requirement, Insurance, etc.) at the time your order is placed. Additional fees may apply for special delivery requests and delivery to P.O. BOX addresses.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL U.S.: Including Alaska, Hawaii, Foreign U.S. Military Addresses & U.S. Territories (i.e. Puerto Rico) If you are shipping to an address outside the continental United States, we will contact you with the actual shipping rate, so please disregard the $6.95 domestic flat S/H rate. We will contact you after your order regarding your shipping options. International Rates: We ship internationally based on your shipping choice via USPS International 1st Class/Priority, DHL, or FedEx. For price considerations, we allow you to choose the method of shipment. USPS Intl 1st Class is typically the least expensive, but we cannot track the package past the U.S. border, and we are not responsible if it gets lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. DHL and FedEx are generally more expensive, but we can track the package to your door. For additional protection against loss or damage, we recommend you purchase a signature service and/or insurance at the time your order is placed (for an additional fee). Once we inform you of the shipping options, you have 48 hours to reply. If we do not hear from you, we will ship your order by DHL or FedEx and you will be responsible for that shipping charge.

International Customs: The recipient of the international shipment, is wholly responsible for resolving ALL customs charges and fees. If you refuse to resolve any customs issue that is either out of our control or out of the parcel carriers’ control and results in the package being held at customs, then you forfeit any possible reimbursement of the product cost and/or shipping cost.

Refunds 

Refund amount = purchase price – shipping & restocking fees

We value your business and aim to improve your life. Most items returnable within 30 days; get return authorization first by calling. Ship prepaid and insured; we’re not responsible for transit damage. Restocking charge of 10% or 15% may apply.   

To initiate your return please contact info@rynosauna.com . Please provide name, number, email, address and if there were any discounts on the order, and proof of purchase. The refund process can take up to 16 days.

All orders come with a 30 day money back 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied you can send your sauna back for a refund. *Minus return shipping and 10-15% restocking fee.

All Ryno Sauna products also include a 1 year warranty. If there are any problems with your sauna within 1 year of purchase we will replace or repair it free of charge.

That said, it is a very well built product and we have people who have used their saunas on a daily basis for 15+ years without failure. We also offer repair and replacement parts after the warranty expires.
